Sections related to ownership, disclaimers, and liability continue to apply after termination.

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability cap

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data, or interruption of business opportunities.
